During my time at BSI Merch, I also worked with its sister company H.O.M.E, a hot-desking office space dedicated to the independent music industry and home to a wide range of music businesses. In this role, I took on a variety of responsibilities, from managing the company’s social media accounts (with a focus on Instagram and LinkedIn) to creating in-office displays and advertisements that promoted the businesses within the space. My goal was to encourage collaboration, highlight the diverse talent in the office, and help foster a strong sense of community.
